We put on a supported Detox three times a year. That’s a 26-day program, and I LOVE it for folks with thyroid issues. My BFF since 7th grade did it when doctors told her a few years ago to RADIATE her thyroid….and her symptoms disappeared after doing the detox.

Try to stay away from the bunny trails and don’t make yourself crazy worrying about “bad” or “wrong” whole foods…..stay away from flour, sugar, gluten, GMO, and adopt as many whole-foods, plant-based habits as you can.
