12 Steps to Whole Foods Support

12 Steps to Whole Foods Lifetime Members can access the portal in the following ways:

1. You may click here to enter the 12 Steps Portal  or
2. Go to greensmoothiegirl.com  and on the main menu bar select “Programs” then “Member Dashboard” then "12 Steps to Whole Foods"
3. Enter your username and password used for your membership and click Log in

1. Go to the 12 Steps Portal
2. Below the prompts for entering name and password click the link that says: Lost your password?
3. You will then be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account
4. Then click the link "Get New Password"
5. Check your email inbox for a confirmation link to reset your password

Within the 12 Steps Portal on the far right side towards the very bottom there is a link that says “Support Group”

or you can request to join the group 

Once there you will be asked to enter:

1. Your Facebook Name
2. Your email address associated with your Facebook account

Then submit and your request should be accepted with in 24-48 hours. You will receive an email inviting you to join the group. Once you have accepted the invitation you are entered into the group. The name of this group on Facebook is “GSG 12 Step Members”.

We only ship within the U.S. You can find all the products we have available for international customer at this link.

Many of our customers that are out of the U.S. have their orders shipped to a U.S. address and then forwarded to them.
