If you have already logged into the portal and scheduled your emails and detox but are not receiving the emails, first please check your email spam, junk, or promotions folders.
If you have were receiving the daily emails but they stopped coming, and they are not in your promotions or spam, please log into the detox portal and reschedule your detox emails for the day that you started the detox. You will begin receiving the correct email the next day.
