Attendees must be at least 23 years old.
Swiss Mountain Clinic deposits are not refundable, but are transferable to another date or person. Payments can be made via credit card or check.
Payment other than deposits are refundable as follows:
Over 1 month prior to arrival: 100% refund, minus processing fees*
1 month prior to arrival: 50% refund, minus processing fees*
2 weeks prior to arrival: no refund
*Fees are approximately 3-4% of the payment, depending on your currency.
Swiss Mountain Clinic Retreat Liability Waiver & Disclaimer
This agreement is entered into between the retreat participant (“Participant”) and GreenSmoothieGirl LLC, and its owner Robyn Openshaw (“GSG”), in relation to the Swiss Mountain Clinic Retreat taking place in Switzerland.
By placing a deposit down for the Swiss Mountain Clinic Retreat, the Participant acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following:
1. Independent Medical Clinic
All medical evaluations, diagnostics, and treatments provided during the retreat are administered by Swiss Mountain Clinic, a licensed independent medical institution operating under Swiss regulations.
GreenSmoothieGirl LLC and Robyn Openshaw do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice during this retreat and are not responsible for services rendered by Swiss Mountain Clinic or its staff.
2. No Medical Claims or Guarantees
Any information shared by GreenSmoothieGirl or its representatives is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. No claims or guarantees have been made regarding the effectiveness, safety, or outcomes of any treatment, including but not limited to:
- INUSpheresis
- H.A.T. (Hemoadsorption Therapy)
- Liver flush
- IV therapies or diagnostics
- Any medical or detox services provided onsite
3. Assumption of Risk
Participant understands that travel, detoxification treatments, and medical therapies carry inherent risks. By voluntarily participating in the retreat and/or receiving optional medical services, the Participant assumes full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
4. Limitation of Liability
Participant agrees to hold harmless and release from liability GreenSmoothieGirl LLC, Robyn Openshaw, and any employees or affiliates from any and all claims, damages, costs, or legal action resulting from:
- Medical outcomes or side effects from clinic treatments
- Travel-related incidents or accommodations
- Personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, or complications
- Emotional discomfort or dissatisfaction with the retreat experience
5. Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Florida, at the discretion of GSG, and not in public court.
6. Informed Consent
The Participant acknowledges having read and understood this waiver. The Participant is voluntarily participating in the retreat and agrees to these terms.
